  Jodd is the owner and operator of Vegas Born Roofing, where he oversees financing, operations, and the company's overall direction. Originally from Flasher, North Dakota, Jodd spent six years serving in the army and Army Reserves before beginning his construction career at Dean Roofing in 1995 as an installation laborer.

He worked his way up to estimator and project manager within the installation division through hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn. Early in his career, Dean Roofing gave him the opportunity to move into the commercial roofing division as a project manager and estimator despite having no previous experience in that area. Through determination and hands-on learning, he taught himself the business side of commercial roofing and quickly proved himself as a leader.

In 2018, Jodd co-founded Vegas Born Roofing. Today, as sole owner, he continues to lead the company's growth and direction throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Since then, he has helped grow the company into a trusted name for commercial, residential, service, sheet metal, and ACM roofing and wall systems.

Jodd believes strong communication, teamwork, and accountability are key to building lasting relationships with both customers and employees. He takes pride in creating a team environment where every employee has a voice and every customer receives the attention  and service they deserve.

Hector brings more than 20 years of roofing experience to Vegas Born Roofing.  Hector works closely with customers, crews, and Project teams to keep jobs running smoothly from start to finish.

Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, Hector takes pride in building relationships and delivering quality results on every project.

Tommy brings more than 10 years of roofing and construction experience to Vegas Born Roofing.  He works closely with homeowners to provide honest recommendations, clear communication, and dependable service from start to finish.

Tommy is experienced in a wide range of roofing systems and takes pride in helping customers protect one of the most important parts of their home.

Luis Jr. Ordonez began his career in roofing working in the field, where he gained hands-on experience and developed a strong understanding of the day-to-day demands of the industry. After spending time in the field, he moved into the office where he began learning estimating and project management.

Working closely with Jodd, Luis Jr. has continued to grow his knowledge of commercial roofing, estimating, scheduling, and project coordination. His field experience, combined with his office training, gives him a well rounded understanding of each project from start to finish.

As an estimator and project manager, Luis Jr. is known for being hardworking, dependable, and eager to continue learning and growing within the company.

  Sharon is often the first voice customers hear when they contact Vegas Born Roofing.  She helps keep communication flowing between clients and the team, making sure every customer feels informed and supported throughout the process.

With experience in business, banking, travel, real estate, and insurance, Sharon brings a wide range of knowledge and strong organizational skills to the company.

Arielle Serrano is an important part of the Vegas Born Roofing team and helps support the day-to-day operations of the company through her work in Accounts Payable. She assists with customer calls, schedules service appointments, supports billing, and helps coordinate AIA billing for the commercial department.

Arielle is known for being dependable, organized, and always willing to help wherever needed.
